Convention planning continues on schedule and is shaping up to be a enjoyable Convention.

Home Layout Tours: None available at this time

TOURS - ( Transportation will be Provided - Planning to have 4 Times for each Tour - 14 per time slot )

UP Railroad Roundhouse / Shops ( Friday ) - Fare $ 10.00
Listen to guides explain and explore the home of the Union Pacific Railroad’s Historic and Heritage
fleet of locomotives and rolling stock. Housed here in Cheyenne, are the Challenger ( 4-6-6-4 ) # 3985
Steam Locomotive, the Northern ( 4-8-4 ) # 844 Steam Locomotive, the Auxiliary Water Tenders
( Former 800 Series Tenders ) #’s 809 and 814, the Streamliners ( E 9's ) #’s 949 / 963 / 951, the
D&RGW ( F 9 b ) # 5763, Rotary Snow Plow # 900082 and several Passenger Cars of various floor
plans. Also here, are the machines / tools that make repairs / overhauls of the historic and heritage
fleet locomotives possible.

Costal Chem - Railroad Operations ( Friday ) - Fare $ 10.00
Listen to guides explain how the various chemical products are manufactured and then loaded into
tank cars for shipment to various customers

Frontier Oil - Railroad Operations ( Friday ) - Fare $ 10.00
Listen to guides explain how butane and molten sulphur are refined and then loaded into tank cars
for shipment to various customers

Var Nortrak - Switch Components ( Friday ) - Fare $ 10.00
This company takes the components of switches and combines them into assembled switches. After
assembly, these switches are loaded on freight cars for shipment to there final destination.

Granite Quarry - Ballast Mining / Loading Operations ( Friday ) - Fare $ 10.00
Listen to the guides and view the operations of ballast mining / loading from the pit to rail car. Might be
able to view ballast being dumped, no promises on this aspect of the tour.

Spouses - Cheyenne Trolley / English High Tea ( Friday ) - Fare $ 21.00
Listen to your Trolley & Convention guide on a 60 to 90 minute trolley ride through the streets of Cheyenne
and F. E. Warren AFB, exploring the history and sights of the local area. The tour will terminate at the
Nagle Warren Mansion for an English High Tea. English High Tea, a tradition that followed the landed gentry
from England to the plains of Wyoming, and still lives on in Cheyenne today. Join the Nagel Warren Mansion
staff in period costume as it continues this wonderful ritual.

The menu changes every season - winter, spring, summer, fall and a very special Christmas High Tea. You'll be
seated in your choice of the parlor or sitting room and while you enjoy finely steeped teas and tea sandwiches,
you can enjoy the company of friends or new acquaintances.

Spouses - Arts & Crafts Festival at Cheyenne's Super Day ( Saturday ) - Fare $10.00
An on your own tour, will find you at the annual city run event called super day. This event is held every year at
Lions Park and is a gathering of various groups, food vendors and arts & crafts vendors.

Spouses - Shopping downtown Cheyenne ( Friday or Saturday ) - shop at the various downtown shops

Youth - Miniature - Golf Tournament ( Friday ) - Fare $ 12.00
Youth ages 6 - 16 for a Miniature - Golf Tournament at the Ikon center. The course features historic / prominent
Wyoming landmarks. Time - TBA

Possible Diesel Excursion to Harriman Park - ( Thursday Evening ) - Fare See Below
Travel on a Diesel powered Excursion out to Harriman Park, where the Union Pacific Employees Club # 1,
will be serving us hamburgers and hot dogs. This will be a time of meeting up with old friends and making new
ones. Estimated time of departure will be between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Should know if the Excursion is a
go / no go by the 1st of March.

Excursion needs to have 120 or more, Signed up to go

Coach Seats ( Sold on First Come Bases )*                                  $ 60.00
Dome Seats ( Sold on First Come Bases )*                                   $ 120.00
Raffle for Cab Ride ( Drawing for 2 tickets - No tickets sold on Train )*       $ 5.00 ea

* Refunds will be accomplished by Check, at the time of the Convention, if Excursion is a no go.
* Refund amount will be minus $ 10.00, for the change of venue for the cook out, to cover the meal cost.

If the Excursion is a no go, then the hamburgers and hot dogs will be served at Lions Park on the north side of town,
and just east of Frontier Park. Serving time at this location will be 6:00 pm.

MEALS

Awards Banquet - ( Saturday Evening ) The Saturday Evening Banquet will held at the Terry Bison Ranch, south
of Cheyenne off of I - 25, on the East side. This will be a buffet meal, with the following courses:

3 MEAT BBQ - ( Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs & Chicken Breast )
Ranch Baked Beans, Coleslaw & Corn on the Cob
Chef's Choice of Dessert

Coffee, Iced Tea, Iced Water & Lemonade - Cash Bar will be Available

TIME - Happy Hour @ 5:00 pm, with dinner at 6:00 pm
        
Hobo Breakfast - ( Sunday Morning ) The Sunday Morning Breakfast will be on the Terrace at the Holiday
Inn. It to will be a Buffet style meal, with the following courses:

Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bacon & Breakfast Potatoes
Pancakes with Honey Flavored Butter & Syrup
Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee & Orange Juice

TIME - 7:30 am til 9:00 am

Train Show - ( Friday through Sunday ) Vendors will be available with all the latest products. Invitations
have been or will be extended to 20 to 40 Vendors.

Modular Layout's - ( Friday through Sunday ) Tentatively scheduled modular layouts, include:
